2024 Camp Program Fees

International Camp Staff Packages

IENA have streamlined their pricing package for IENA first time placed participants

First Time Staff  (Counselors or Support Staff regardless of age): $1550.
Minimum Staff Salary for up to 9 weeks of camp: $2000
Total Cost to Camp: $3550

Returning or Direct Placement Camp Counselors: $35 SEVIS Fee to Camp, $499 paid by participant.
Staff salary negotiated with staff
Total cost varies upon salary negotiated

Returning Camp Support Staff: $35 SEVIS Fee to Camp, $900 paid by participant.
Staff salary negotiated with staff
Total cost varies upon salary negotiated

For Direct Placements and Returners Only: There is a $100 express service charge for all applications processed after April 3rd 2024 and a further charge of $100 for applications processed after May 8th, 2024.

Minimum stipend is based on employment for up to 9 weeks. Stipend for each additional weeks should be a minimum of $230 per week

RETURNER and DIRECT PLACEMENT PARTICIPANTS are responsible for paying the program fee to IENA

Direct Placement and Returner fees

IENA will be invoicing staff on our Direct placement and Returning Staff program. Camps will still be invoiced a SEVIS fee of $35 per person processed. As in past years, there are no refunds for Direct Placements or Returners after an application has been processed.  IENA pay SEVIS on behalf of camp and the Dept. of State do not offer refunds.

NOTE: All salaries are MINIMUM.  Potential staff members may negotiate a higher rate.  In addition, they must be paid in accordance with federal and state laws.
